The 133rd Canton Fair, which will open on April 15, plans to fully resume the offline exhibition and use four pavilions for the first time, expanding the area from 1.18 million in the past to 1.5 million square meters. At present, more than 40,000 enterprises have applied for booths, and the offline exhibition booth is expected to increase from the original 60,000 to nearly 70,000. It is expected that more than 110 exhibitions will be held in the Canton Fair Exhibition Hall in 2023, covering an area of 7.5 million square meters and attracting 12 million visitors.

"Since its inception in 1957, the Canton Fair has taken root in the land of Southern Guangdong and grown into the 'First exhibition in China', becoming the golden card of Guangzhou City." Chu Shijia, director of the China Foreign Trade Center, said that the 133rd Canton Fair will open on April 15, and intends to fully resume the offline exhibition, and the first use of four pavilions, the area of the past 1.18 million to expand to 1.5 million square meters.

Chu Shijia said that the 133rd Canton Fair is the first Canton Fair after the victory of the Party's 20th National Congress, and it is also the first large-scale international economic and trade event after China's epidemic prevention and control optimization, which is of great significance. Among the exhibitors, there are more than 5,000 high-quality and characteristic enterprises of all kinds, including 2,632 state-level high-tech enterprises, 2,074 Canton Fair brand enterprises, 1,292 customs AEO certified enterprises, and a total of about 500 specialized and special new small giants and manufacturing individual champions.
